Eric Brook

Eric Brook is a pianist, composer, producer, and educator with over 30 years of experience who studied music at the New Orleans Center of Arts, Oberlin Conservatory, and the University of Minnesota. 

Fluent in a wide variety of genres and styles of music, Eric grew up classically trained starting at the age of 4, thanks to his mother. He currently works as Course Director of “Topics of Music Theory” at Full Sail University, teaches a studio of 20 private music students, produces and engineers various projects as his home studio, and serves as Music Director at Unity of Daytona Beach.
