I AM Retreat 2026 | Honor Your Humanity. Awaken Your Divinity.
A Retreat for the Whole You
There are moments in life when our souls quietly ask us to slow down.
To breathe.
To listen.
To remember who we really are.
The I AM Retreat is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend three sacred days reconnecting with yourself, your spirit, and a supportive community of fellow seekers.
Hosted by Rev. Cynthia Alice, this retreat explores the beautiful paradox of being both fully human and deeply divine. Through inspiring presentations, guided meditation, creativity, contemplative practices, and heartfelt conversation, you'll discover new ways to honor every aspect of yourself with compassion and grace.
Throughout the retreat you'll experience meaningful small-group discussions, opportunities for personal reflection, and creative exercises designed to help the teachings come alive in your own life.
Whether you're seeking healing, renewal, spiritual growth, or simply a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself, you'll leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and supported for the journey ahead.
Your I AM awaits.
