This class explores the spiritual practice of stillness and attentive listening. You’ll learn how sitting in Silence opens space for inner guidance, clarity, and wisdom to emerge—supporting a deeper, more conscious connection with Spirit in everyday life.
SPIRITUAL EDUCATION AND ENRICHMENT (S.E.E.) is an educational model of personal and spiritual development. The courses are taught online for personal and spiritual growth and may be applied for ministerial school in Unity, when taken for credit. The teachers are professional, seasoned ministers with years of experience and knowledge. A course from any one of our teachers will support your soul journey and increase your understanding of God, the world, and your place in it.
